After a selection has been made, please call our office at 1.888.675.3811 and we can help in determining measurements for the desired room. There are several factors
involved in ensuring you the proper fit of the mantel, kitchen hood or other items you choose. A mantel worksheet or kitchen hood worksheet will be sent to you via email
or fax. After the appropriate worksheet has been filled out and returned we will provide you with a written quote based on your selection. Once the quote is approved by
the customer and sent to R Lloyd & Company the order will begin.
Each project is made to order. A 50% deposit of the total is required along with the signed quote prior to scheduling fabrication of the order. Once the order is complete
and ready to ship the remaining balance is due in full prior to shipping. Common carrier transportation is used. It is recommended that you have someone available to assist
in unloading the items from the truck. This is usually something that two people can do.
The estimate for freight charges will be given at the time the order is placed along with the applicable crating charges. The total freight and crating charges will be added
to the final invoice that is due prior to shipping.
